Counseling
Mental health care should not require a waiting room, a referral, or a diagnosis. At CCHCS counseling is delivered virtually so you can connect from wherever you are comfortable. Our licensed counselors serve patients across all CCHCS locations in Nevada. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, a difficult relationship, or just need someone to talk to, we are here. Every session is private, HIPAA compliant, and built around what you actually need.
59 million people in the US live with a mental health condition. Many go untreated because access is hard, waitlists are long, or the process feels overwhelming. At CCHCS we removed those barriers. You book, you show up virtually, and you talk to someone who is actually listening.
Our licensed counselors work with individuals, couples, families, and teens on anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and relationship challenges. Every session is confidential, judgment free, and focused on giving you practical tools that work in real life. You do not need a diagnosis or a referral to get started.

Frequently Asked Questions
1What types of counseling does CCHCS offer?
We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and support for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and stress. Our licensed counselors work with adults, teens, and families via telehealth across all locations.
2Is counseling at CCHCS confidential?
Yes. Every counseling session is fully confidential and HIPAA compliant. Nothing discussed in your session is shared without your consent. Our providers approach every visit with respect and zero judgment.
3How long does a counseling session last?
Most sessions run 50 to 60 minutes. Your first session may run slightly longer as your provider takes time to understand your background, goals, and what brought you in.
4Do I need a diagnosis to start counseling?
No diagnosis is required. Many patients start counseling for life challenges, stress management, or relationship support without any formal diagnosis. If a diagnosis is appropriate your provider will discuss that with you directly.
