Primary Care
Primary care at CCHCS is built around consistency. You see the same provider every visit at our Reno or Las Vegas clinic. Someone who knows your background, tracks your progress over time, and builds a care plan around your specific health goals. We serve patients of all ages including military families, Medicare recipients, and underserved communities across Nevada. Our clinics are open Monday through Saturday. Same day appointments are available in Las Vegas. Reno patients are seen by appointment.
Having a provider who knows your history makes a real difference. At CCHCS you see the same licensed provider every visit. Someone who remembers what you discussed last time, tracks how your conditions are progressing, and does not need you to repeat yourself every time you walk in.
We handle everything from annual physicals and preventive screenings to ongoing management of diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other chronic conditions. If something comes up between visits your provider is reachable and your records are always up to date.

Frequently Asked Questions
1What does primary care at CCHCS actually cover?
Primary care at CCHCS covers your everyday health needs from annual wellness exams and preventive screenings to chronic disease management for conditions like diabetes and hypertension. You see the same provider each visit so your care is consistent and your history is never starting from scratch.
2Do I need a referral to see a primary care provider at CCHCS?
No referral is needed. You can book directly through our website or call our Reno or Las Vegas clinic and we will get you scheduled. If your care requires a specialist at any point, your provider handles that referral for you.
3Do you offer in person primary care at both locations?
Yes. We see primary care patients in person at both our Reno and Las Vegas clinics. Same day appointments are available in Las Vegas. Reno patients are seen by appointment. Call us directly to get scheduled.
4What should I bring to my first primary care visit?
Bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of your current medications. If you have recent lab work or records from a previous provider those are helpful but not required. Your first visit runs about 45 to 60 minutes so we have enough time to go through your history properly.
